Walkers' recent "Do Us A Flavour" campaign brought us a few new flavours temporarily that are certainly sorely missed since the victory of Builder's Breakfast, such as Onion Bhaji, Cajun Squirell and my personal favourite, Crispy Duck and Hoisin Sauce. However, it also brought us a few duds, namely the utterly preposterous Chili and Chocolate concoction. How anyone thought that this would be a good idea, and how it was chosen from the many submissions, is anyone's guess.

Upon the first bite into these monstrosities, it becomes pretty apparent that they taste neither like chocolate or chili - simply some disgusting attempt at mixing the two that has resulted in taste resembling neither in any way. The taste is a little spicy, but it could very well just be an inferior version of the Walkers Sensation range if I didn't know what packet it had come from. The only real bonus is that they retain that faithful Walkers crunch - that's about it!

As with some of the other recent test flavours, they're terribly unhealthy for you too! They'll set you back 241 calories, and also contain 15.2g of fat. It's strange that only these new flavours are so unhealthy, I must say. These are without a doubt the worst of the six new flavours - whilst the others may be intermittent in regard to the verisimilitude of their taste, they at least taste NICE, whereas these simply feel like a reject brand thought up by some crazy executive, which may well be an approximation of what they in fact are!

Summary: Pretty disgusting
