Do they taste good?
Well, these certainly has there own unique taste, personally I like them. But I don't think they're for everyone. The flavour is strong, but not eye watering, and do actually taste like pickled onions, which is rare for crisps. So yes, they taste good, if you like pickled onions then you will like them.

Is the price good?
Yes, on 34.5g bag have quite a few crisps crammed in, I havent actually counted but Walkers aren't stingy, and 1 bag is only 32p, or 6 packs for 99p. Or 26 packs of 25g bags for only 2.89.
