I am partial to snacking particularly after a long shift when the thought of coming home and cooking really is an unbearable thought. This of course can often lead me to munching on things which really wont do my diet any good. I really love Salsa- no really, im literally sitting here typing this with a jar and spoon by my side. I love to eat it straight out of the jar! Consequently I thought I would come on here and do a review about this one since I'm eating it as I type! The great thing about salsa is that it is normally quite healthy and this jar is no exception. There are less than 150 calories per jar, less than 1g of fat. Where it gets slightly less good is the sugar content which is roughly 15g of sugar per jar but overall it really is a pretty healthy snack.
