Doritos Tangy Cheese are crisps made by Walkers.
The Tangy Cheese variety comes in a bright orange bag to signify the cheesiness of the product! There is the Doritos logo along with the name of the flavour. It is visually very striking as not many bags go for an orange colour. There are a couple of the Doritos crisps on the bag which if you didn't look carefully would miss as they blend in very well with the orange bag!
The crisps are foil sealed for freshness and once you open the bag you get an immediate whiff of cheese, though it's not an unpleasantly strong or overpowering of a smell.
In a bag you get a nice handful of cheesy Doritos crisps, each of them are triangular in shape and covered in a bright orange dusty cheese coating which will get all over your digits as you eat them! The crisps also have little brown spots on them which I think are spices. The taste of the crisps is rather different to a standard Walkers, they are much thicker in consistency, make a lovely crunch as you bite into them and are made from corn as opposed to potato which makes them taste rustic, the cheese topping is delicious providing quite an accurate cheese flavour but without being too strong or sickly.
These crisps go down very well and a perfect for muching as you watch a movie or TV show, they are extremely addictive mind you and you may find yourself reaching for your second, third, fourth bag!
Apart from the inevitable cheesy fingers that you get with these crisps there is no downside as the taste and texture are both brilliant.
Doritos Tangy Cheese flavour are high in fats and salt so they are best as a treat or the occasional snack.
