If you've read any of my reviews you will know by now I am a big lover of food! Particularly, sadly, food which is very bad for me! I've always been a savoury person. Aparantly when I was a child Mum would occasionally try to give me some sweets or a cake as a treat from a cake shop and according to her I'd sling it at her. By a couple of years old she had got the message, Melanie (me) wanted sausage roll and crisps please lol I haven't changed. I'm not ever so keen on giving my daughters crisps as snacks. I think these days you hear so much about e numbers and the effects these have but it's also very hard to resist the pleadings of young children especially when they see their friends eating such things. Therefore I do sometimes buy Walkers Quavers which they seem to like and so do I. Quavers are not like traditional crisps although they are described on the packet as 'a light textured potato snack. One of the things that my children like about quavers is that they are very curly. They like looking at the funny shapes and this seems to make these snacks more attractive too them. I'm a sucker when it comes to snacks, big kid at heart and I can never resist when I go into the shop. Being on a diet at the moment, I have cut out a lot of the rubbish that I eat, however I fancied a snack today, was a little fed up of the tuna that I have been scoffing and just wanted some form of crisps.
