... fat. For adults you could eat these all day and still be starving. My problem is that, empty calories because they are just not filling at all. I know they're not designed to be filling but if you're going to snack on something that isn't particularly good for you I think I'd rather go for something which has the added bonus of filling me up a bit. We all like a tasty treat now and then but if the tasty treat leaves you as empty after you've eaten it as before you ate it I consider it a waste of calories, espec...more

If you've read any of my reviews you will know by now I am a big lover of food! Particularly, sadly, food which is very bad for me! I've always been a savoury person. I also like the ...

I'm a sucker when it comes to snacks, big kid at heart and I can never resist when I go into the shop. Being on a diet at the moment, I have cut out a lot of the rubbish that I eat, however I fancied a snack today, was a little fed up of the tuna that I have been scoffing and just wanted some form of crisps. Quavers being one of the healthier options, not by much, I opted for them, not just a small bag though, I went for the big eat as a treat. Quavers have been around for years, and are made by Walkers. When I was younger I never really liked them much, I found them a bit boring, but as I have got older they have turned into one of the snacks that I prefer ...
