Advantages: Taste nice

Disadvantages: Don't fill you at all

I'm going to sound like a bit of an old dear for this one! Quavers are light, crispy curls of snacks that taste lovely and contain only 87 calories a bag. They sound perfect what with the taste and the low calories but I don't think they are!

For kids these are plenty and aren't going to make them fat. For adults you could eat these all day and still be starving. My problem is that, empty calories because they are just not filling at all.

I know they're not designed to be filling but if you're going to snack on something that isn't particularly good for you I think I'd rather go for something which has the added bonus of filling me up a bit. We all like a tasty treat now and then but if the tasty treat leaves you as empty after you've eaten it as before you ate it I consider it a waste of calories, especially in those on calorie-controlled diets where every calorie counts!

Much better to find something of a similar value calorie wise that fills you up more.

Summary: Go for snacks that fill you up instead
