I think Sensations were a great idea from Walkers and provide an interesting change from the usual crisp. The poppadom sensation varieties are an extension of this and come in a range of flavours including Lime and Coriander. The Lime and Coriander variety have a distinctive flavour and I think you either love them or hate them (the marmite ... Read the complete review

in my opinion walkers make the best crisps, flavour and variety. having tried the thsi sweet chilli sensations previously and loving them it was really exciting to see another inovative flavour. Being indian myself the words 'coriander' and 'popadom' just sprang out. brilliant i thought popadoms that do not need frying and coriander is my absolute ... Read the complete review

I tried these for the first time today and they are very nice. They are called popadoms but they aren't like popadoms as you know them. They aren't like the ones you have with your curry, they are something in between crisps and popadoms. You can eat them alone as they are more like crisps than your average popadom and you don't need any chutney ... Read the complete review

These are so addictive! i love poppadoms anyway but the flavours that walkers has used on them are sensational (pun was unintended). When you first open the packet you get a rich aroma of lime and you can't wait to dig in. The poppadoms are crispy and light and have just the right saltiness. The flavours infuse together and give the poppadoms a ... Read the complete review

Walkers are renouned for getting their flavours just right - who hasn't been addicted at some point in their life to a particular flavour. Now they have done it again with poppadums instead of crisps! The tangy zing of limes complimented by the sweetness of coriander chutney is a perfect appetizer to any meal and also makes the perfect ... Read the complete review

Crisps are one of my favourite snacks and think Walkers have produced some of the best crisps around with their Sensations range. A couple of years ago I was obsessed with the ordinary Lime Sensations crisps and thought it was a delicious and original flavour. So when they brought these Lime and Coriander mini poppadoms out I just had to try them. ... Read the complete review

Sometimes when you see something that nearly takes your eye out, you have to stop and stare and take in the view. I was eye popped the other day by something that stood out a mile and it happened in the supermarket. There was I, just minding my own business when all of a sudden I was confronted by a giant stack of eye popping poppadoms. Being so ... Read the complete review

** Once upon a time... ** Well, I am sure that most people have heard of the famous Walkers crisps. If you don't... then you should do! They have been around long enough that's for sure. During 1954 in Leicester A butcher called Henry Walker (well that tells you where the brand name comes from!) made the first ever flavoured crisp. ... Read the complete review

Walkers are undoubtedly great crisp producers and it all started way back in 1945 when a butcher named Henry Walker decided to start cooking slices of potato to sell because the meat supply was virtually non-existent, in 1954 he created his first flavoured crisps and Walkers cheese and onion were born, since then things have come on leaps and ... Walkers are a long established maker of Crisps, having been around for 60 years now . Originally, Henry Walker took over a butchers shop, but when meat rationing came into force during the second world war, he had to look for alternative ways of making an income . Crisps were starting to become popular then, so he began making his own, the first ... Read the complete review

I love poppadoms whenever we go out for an Indian meal and I was a sucker for the bright purple packaging on these poppadom bites from Walkers. I did not expect them to be good but I could not resist them. The flavour is Lime and Coriander Chutney. Although the use of the world chutney suggests it might be sweet, it is not at all. ... These are the most moreish crisps I have ever tasted. They cost around £1.50 for a large bag, that is half full! Value for money is not that great but they are so nice I didnt care! They come in a purple bag, which has some very tasty looking pictures which is what attracted me to buy them. They are like mini poppadoms with a lime ... Read the complete review

Sensations Poppadom Bites were first introduced by Walkers in 2004. They are potato and gram flour snacks which are fried in sunflower oil. In fact, they contain more sunflower oil than anything else. ***Special flour*** The flour used to make these is known as gram flour which is made from chickpeas and is commonly ... In my opinion Walkers crisps have outdone themselves with their new Walkers Sensations crisps. Walkers crisps have been around now for well over 60 years now. A gentleman called Henry Walker took over a butchers shop in the 1880's but after the second World War he saw production go down and had to look for other ways to make money. He ... My first thought when I took a handful of the crisps my wife was eating was "what the hell are these"? Her reply to me was "they are some sort of poppadom thingy from Walkers". Most people love crisps but that depends on the quality of the crisp. Walkers and McCoy's are known for being the two best crisp makers for the U.K, I like them both but I have to say that Walkers Sensations are one of my favourite ranges. Walkers Sensations. Lime & Coriander Chutney Poppadoms. We have had a bit of a bank holiday film fest, thanks to a great Blockbusters offer (but I aint reviewing that here), so when in Blockbusters on Friday evening I spotted a packet (90gm size) of these, I thought I'd give them a try. These are so tasty. I always buy these if we are having people round for dinner or entertaining because they are nice as an alternative snack to peanuts and plain boring old crisps before a dinner. They are lime and coriander so have quite an asian, thai style influence which is very modern at the moment. They melt in your mouth when you put ... Read the complete review
