I have always been a fan of walkers crisps however I recently decided to give the smoky bacon flavour a go and I was dissapointed.

Lets start with the packaging its like all other walkers crisp packets so you know what you are getting. It is a brown colour which I have to admit isn't very appealing as its not a cholcolate brown but more of a muddy brown which for me isnt what I want to see when picking up a bag of crisps! However the gol edge and writing do stand out and makes it a nice contrast.

On opening the bag I was instantly put off the flavour as to me it suddenly smelt as though someone had blew ciggerette smoke into my face, it really is that smoky, yet I was surprised to find not even a hint of a meaty smell let alone a bacon one!

The crisps to look out looked as delicious as ever quite thinly cut with a nice golden brown colour to them, and when you bit into them there was a good crunch. However the smokey smell was nothing compared to the smokey taste of these crisps. I honestly think I should sue walkers for the trade description act as they had no bacon taste to them at all, instead the ciggerette taste stayed. I only managed a few of these crisps before I had to throw the bag away!

Definatley not one for me!
