Not tangy cheese, but ultra cheese flavour (Walkers Tangy Cheese Doritos)

Advantages: crunchy, moreish, full of flavour

Disadvantages: none except the name.

Following a late lunch round a friends house today, I didn't fancy much this evening, so I'm just finishing an opened bag of Doritos Tangy cheese flavoured corn chips, there are not many left, probably due to the fact that everyone in my house loves them, I'm surprised there are some at all.

Our bag is a 245g bigger pack, suitable for sharing. The bag is bright orange and shows a picture of two Doritos on the front, in their traditional triangle shape.

Inside you find a large portion of these triangular chips, some being fairly flat but others have curled up slightly or completely folded over, whichever one you pull out, you will experience lots of cheesy flavour.

The description is 'Tangy' but I feel that this is not the right word to describe them. Tangy to me would mean sharp or spicy, like when describing orange or lemon juice, or even spicy curry dishes. The best word to describe these would be 'ultra cheesy'.

Each corn chip is coated in an orangey powder which gives them their cheese flavour. They are very crunchy and delicious to eat on their own or with a salsa/creamy dip.

Ideal for parties or when friends pop round, great for sharing, even better to eat all on your own, but not all at once. You can get smaller bags which are better for one sitting and great for lunch boxes, just beware your fingers may go orange and your breath will smell cheesy.

These are my favourite Doritos flavour and will always buy some to have in the cupboard.

Summary: A great crunchy corn chip with lots of flavour.
