Walkers Worcester Sauce Crisps

... stronger. Colourwise these are a nice golden yellow. They're not as pale as the Ready Salted for example but nor as they as orange as flavours like Prawn Cocktail. If you look closely you can see the odd black fleck on most of the crisps. Tastewise, these are quite similar to the Prawn Cocktail flavour in the sense that they have a strong distinctive taste. They're not like the Steak and Onion which are a bit nondescript and could be almost any meaty flavour that you care to name. They have a nice tangy edge to the...more

Premium Review Walkers Worcester Sauce Crisps: Worcester sauce are back (524 words)

Worcester Sauce has always been my favourite flavour of crisps so you can probably imagine how disappointed I was when they were withdrawn a few years back within a food scare that also saw various curry sauces and similar items removed from supermarket shelves. I've been waiting all this time for them to be brought back and then finally a few weeks ago I spotted them on the shelves again, I was so excited I went a bit overboard and bought a few more packs than I really should have! You get 25g of crisps in a packet, which to be honest looks like the bag is practically empty when you open it, it doesn't even fill a third of the bag. That tiny amount of crisps ...  Read the complete review

As I start to write this review, I've just finished off a packet of these scrumptious crisps. Walkers are my favourite crisps that I do think have the best taste. I hadn't heard of this flavour in walkers before, but when I saw them, I decided to give them a try. In ASDA, it costs £1.25 for a packet of 6 x 25g bags. The packet is in the same design as the normal walkers flavours like cheese and onion and the colour is purple. The crisp itself isn't too dark in colour, but is a little more orange than the normal ready salted crisps, similar to the prawn cocktail flavour. I can't say they taste like worcester sauce to me because I've ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Walkers Worcester Sauce Crisps: Well done Walkers. (210 words)

I quite enjoy crisps when I sit down at night with a good movie or my favourite TV show but I get quickly bored with the mundane flavours like salt and vinegar and cheese and onion. One of my favourite flavours at the moment is Worcester sauce and nobody does this flavour better than Walkers. Walker's crisps are loved by many and they have been for years since they started making crisps way back in the 40`s. Walkers Worcester Sauce have a very strong flavouring that gives the tongue a nice little nip just as Worcester sauce should. Like all other Walker`s crisps they are very crisp and as they are made using sunseed oil they are also ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review my number 1 pregnancy craving at the minute (226 words)

Had to write a review on these as Im currently pregnant and cant get enough. Have to say when they were out ages ago i was never a huge fan, but now i have fallen in love. Recently brought back, a great flavour by the great brand walkers. I have not actually seen this as individual packs anywhere, but here you can get them in multipacks of 6 for about £1.30. Why oh why cant they do thm in packs of 24 - its costing me a fortune. Each pack weighs 25g, although to be honest you hardly get anything in it and the packet is barely full. In that bag there is 133kcal and 8.3g of fat (not good when you going through several bags a day). the crisps are ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Walkers Worcester Sauce Crisps: Yummy Crisps (418 words)

Ive been munching walkers worcester sauce crisps tonight. They are a brand new flavour to me, normally I stick to my favorites salt and vinegar and ready salted and recently, trying to be healthy ive been eating their "baked" varieties and "sunbites". I really didnt enjoy any of these "healthy" crisps because to me they arnt crisps at all they are just not very nice tasting snacks. So ive gone back to regular crisps and am just eating less of them, but the flavours I liked and anyway walkers crisps are healthier than ever now they are cooked in sunseed oil which apparantly is low in saturated fat (0.6g a pack) and high in ...  Read the complete review
