Walkers Ready Salted Crisps ... love Walkers crisps in general but my favourite is their Ready salted offering, now this is strange because as a rule I do not like ready salted crisps because they are too salty. Thats where Walkers get it right because their ready salted crisps are perfect, salty enough to tingle the tongue but not too salty as to burn the tongue or just taste plain horrible. The walkers ready salted crisps come in a shiny red bag which if you buy the multi-packs will contain 25G or if you buy single packs they will contain over 30G. You also get snack packs designed for sharing which are 50G but I tend to stick to the multi-packs and only a pack per day because they are like all oth... Walkers Ready Salted Crisps ... buy Walkers ready salted crisps in multi packs from Quality Save - £1 for 6 packs. I know there are plenty of cheaper crisps around but these are so tasty that I ve given up on shopping around and I know these are good. They are also easy to find beacause of their bright red and yellow packets. Each pack is 25g and each contains the following - 133 calories 0.1g sugar 8.5g fat 0.7g saturates 0.4g salt OK - not brilliant nutritionally speaking, but these seem slightly healthier than many other crisps around and we only have them as a snack. Walkers Quavers ... m going to sound like a bit of an old dear for this one! Quavers are light, crispy curls of snacks that taste lovely and contain only 87 calories a bag. They sound perfect what with the taste and the low calories but I don t think they are! For kids these are plenty and aren t going to make them fat. For adults you could eat these all day and still be starving. My problem is that, empty calories because they are just not filling at all. I know they re not designed to be filling but if you re going to snack on something that isn t particularly good for you I think I d rather go for something which has the added bonus of filling me up a bit.
