YUMMMMMMM is all I have to say!!! haha, well not quite all I have to say! Wallings is a farm in Cockerham, Lancaster, Lancashire. It started out as a small hatch at the side of the road, where they served ice creams which they made on their farm from their own milk which was produced on their own farm. The icecream hatch was always full, and its popularity grew and grew; selling a various array of ice creams from the normal (Vanilla, Chocolate, Stawberry etc) to the extraordinary (Christmas Cake, Blackcurrent cheesecake, Ginger bread!).
