Walls Magnum Almond

At the minute they are selling boxes of 3 Magnums for 90p, that's a proper bargain because the shop by me charges £1.49 for a single one so I couldn't resist putting a few boxes in the trolley. I've not tried the almond one before and had one after my lunch today and it was yummy. It's vanilla ice cream that has been coated with thick milk chocolate but inside the chocolate there are loads of large almond pieces. I bought these yesterday as I fancied a little treat and something a little different from my usual Magnum whites. I remembered having liked these in the past, so I picked up a box of 3 in somerfield for £2.20. If you were to buy a single Magnum from an ice-cream van or kiosk though, it could cost you anywhere up to about £1.50! The ice-cream comes in a foil wrapper which keeps it fresh and also stops it from melting too quickly, giving you a chance to do anything else you may need to do between getting it out of the freezer and eating it.
