Warburtons Lunch Rolls

I used to bake my own bread either by hand or using a bread machine, but I stopped when I realised I was putting on loads of weight due to this. I could never resist the smell of fresh bread baking and as soon as it was done I would end up wolfing down half a loaf with lashings of butter on it and immediately regretting my lack of self control! Trying to be healthy of late is really difficult for a gal like me! There are so many things that tempt me into wanting to eat 'rubbish' it's unreal and the one thing that really is an issue for me is bread. I love white bread and it has to be toastie Warburtons for me every time although eating about 8 slices a day was seriously bunging me up and bloating me out big time!
