Alpen Groove Bar It's hard to find cheap treats that are good for you. Why do chocolate bars and naughty things always seem that much cheaper! On my last visit to our local 99p store I spotted a huge range of Alpen cereal bars. I never quite knew that they offered such a huge range until I saw them all together. They are made by the Weetabix company, and the main ingredients are rice, oats, wheat, sugar, hazelnut and almond filling and and a chocolate topping. I have only tried the chocolate variety so far, but my husband and I liked them so much that I ordered two more boxes online from Tesco. As well as chocolate, the bars are also available in lemon and strawberry flavours, but I haven't tried these yet. The bars come in a box of six, and cost around £1.70. They are individually foil wrapped for freshness, and are ideal for putting in lunch boxes or in your bag for a ...  Read the complete review
