Also the word 'Light' is very prominate - good if you are on a diet and on the look out for the healthier option. Alpen Light citrus fruit comes in a packet of 21 gramms. On the back of it is written on the allergy advise, that it contains wheat, barley, oats milk and soya produced in a line handling nuts. They advise to store in a cool dry and odour free environment. It is defined as a prebiotic mixed cereal bar with apple, orange, grapefruit and a yogurt drizzle and it only has 70 calories. I am sure many people will find this interesting. The taste is of citrus, I did not feel the yogurt, although I can confirm that indeed there is a drizzling of yogurt on it.
