I am always on the lookout for tasty yet healthy breakfast cereals. This certainly hits the spot. I first saw this at Sainsbury's. It didn't used to be stocked at Tesco's but I am pleased to say it is now. It is a little more expensive than some other cereals, and has a slightly smaller box. It's mid range price wise. Not down there with the rice crispies but not up there with Jordan's country crisp. Anyway. There isn't really much smell. I suppose a bit oaty, if anything. It definitely tastes wholesome and I ... Read the complete review

I am one of those people that will almost always find time for breakfast and really see the benefits from doing so. When I started the diet I went out and bought all the healthy cereals and starting measuring out. But what I found was that they were not as healthy as they claimed. For example I found less Saturated fat in some chocolate cereals than muesli. This meant that in order to stay in my limit my bowl of cereal would end up being minute, and not even worth bothering about. Then on a shopping trip to ... Read the complete review
