Oatibix
Having developed a new balanced healthy diet along with training at the local gym, I wanted a healthy alternative breakfast that was low fat, naturally healthy and also kept me full throughout the day. The usual breakfast cereals I ate, although healthy never seemed to keep me going through the day and I would find myself eating a snack within an hour of consumption.
I saw an advert on television about the new weetibix cereal called Oatibix, it stressed real health benefits having been made from 100% oats, and so I figured why not give the cereal a go as their was nothing to loose. So about six weeks ago, I went to my local Tesco’s and bought the cereal and though yup that’s it a new healthy me is on its way. I started eating the Oatibix cereal for breakfast everyday, even after a late night out with the boys. What appealed to me most about the product was its ability to keep low cholesterol levels in my body.
What are Cholesterols: Cholesterols are liquid found inside the blood cells that help to play an important part in chemical processing. Not all cholesterols are bad, however the ones that are bad can have dangerous negative effects on the body such as; high blood pressure which can lead to strokes and heart attacks.
Because Oatibix contains oat, they help to reduce the bad cholesterols in you body, allowing blood to pass through more easily and thus pumping blood to the heart and other areas more effectively with less stress.
My Story: As stated before I tried Oatibix for a period of six weeks and boy did the have huge benefits. With my new healthy diet, regular gym exercise and morning breakfast consisting of Oatibix I lost over a stone in 6 weeks, which needles to say is brilliant. I must once again stress that this cereal does not do miracles, it only promises to reduce cholesterol levels, with a healthy balanced diet, which should also consist of some regular exercise even walking. I actually use to eat the product on many occasions before going to the gym, the slow steady release of energy kept me working harder and pushing myself at the gym, it also kept me full which was another benefit as I would lay off the junk such as crisps, chocolates, cakes etc.
Packaging: The Oatibix cereal will be found at nearly all major supermarkets in the healthy cereal section, usually where they keep the porridge and oats etc. The product comes in a box consisting of 24 biscuits priced at around (£2.40 - £2.50) depending on were you shop. The product on average following its rules of 2 a day should last 12 days, which a reasonable amount, considering the price.

Final Info: When I use to eat this product, from time to time I would add additional products of fruit to it. If you would like some ideas, try putting a banana, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, grapes, kiwi fruit etc. This totally depends on your taste of fruit but again it does taste great. Give it a go.
5 out of 5 Product, really helps.
Summary: Great product for the healthy person inside of you
