It can be hard to find a breakfast cereal that is suited to the whole family, which can cause great problems for the morning meal! Though, with close inspection, Weetabix seems to tick all the right boxes... *****Brief History***** It was two South Africans who introduced the Weetabix products to us in the UK all those years ago in 1932! From then, not only have we as a nation enjoyed the glorious brand, but it had also marketed throughout the US and Canada too, and is now available in over eighty countries worldwide! I have always liked Weetabix, but even more so at the moment as I am trying, and gradually succeeding, to loose some weight. Why is this particular cereal a great advantage? Easy it comes in ready calorie controlled portions and thus I don’t have to mess about weighing stuff when I’m half asleep in the morning! Anyway let’s start at the beginning. The Packaging Weetabix comes in a distinctive yellow box, which hasn’t changed very much over the years, complete with the Weetabix logo in blue.
