Advantages: low in fat, low in sugar, high in fibre

Disadvantages: can be a bit tasteless on their own, need to add some fruit

"The wholegrain cereal"
It's a whole wheat cereal with added vitamins and iron.
Weetabix is excellent :)

But I think it must be an accquired taste. My mum tried me with this so many times when I was younger and I detested it, but then when I started University I thought I'd give it another go and I was surprised to find that I actually liked it!

You get 3.8 grams of fibre in each serving, which you won't find in many other breakfast cereals. The fibre keeps your digestive system in good working order and it also fills you up so you are less likely to have to snack throughout the day.

Some people like it with warm milk but it always has to be ice cold for me. But only a little bit of milk because I like them to stay quite crunchy, don't like them when they go all soggy and look like baby food! They are the only things that keep me feeling full right up until lunch time! My favourite serving suggestion is with blueberries and sliced strawberries on top. They also taste good with sliced bananas if you're that way inclined (I don't like bananas!)

Difficult to describe the flavour! They taste like...grain? Similar flavour to wholemeal breads etc.

You can buy a pack of 48 for £3.24 in tesco at the moment
But I don't think many people would be able to get through 48 that quickly, before they start going off so I buy the 24 packs at £1.78 (they work out at 7p per biscuit!)

Summary: a good healthy breakfast
