So i decided to try Alpen Fruit and Nut as they were on sale at Asda for one pound for five bars, which I thought wasn t bad as that s 20p a pop. They come as 29g bars and apparently now have 30% more fruit in them. Immediately as you open the packet, the sweet smell of milk chocolate fills your nostrils with pleasure, and you can notice the quality of the bar pretty much straight away. Weetabix Alpen Light Chocolate and Fudge ... past few weeks since i have rejoined Weightwatchers and am trying really hard to lose some weight, i have been looking everywhere for low fat versions of my favourite products. One product i last bought was Alpen Light Chocolate and Fudge Bars. They are made by popular cereal company Weetabix and are sold in packs of five bars with each bar being around 21 grams each in weight. I bought a few boxes of these in Asda as they were on offer for £1.25 for a box which i thought was an ok price for them.
