Weetabix Ready Brek Original Flavour ... sugar or salt and they come in 3 flavours; * Ready brek Original * Ready brek Chocolate * Ready brek Honey I find that adding your own honey is a lot more flavoursome though and allows you to regulate the amount. The cereal is very easy to make and takes as long as it does to warm the milk, it s very filling and provides a decent amount of energy to see you through the first part of the day. Weetabix haven t really done anything radical in the 15 years apart from change flavours but when you re onto a good thing that s the way it should be. It s nice to see a cereal like this remain original and to taste it now it is exactly the same as it was 20 years ago.... On my last visit to our local 99p store I spotted a huge range of Alpen cereal bars. I never quite knew that they offered such a huge range until I saw them all together. Weetabix Alpen Light Chocolate and Fudge ... bars are always a great addition to any lunch time meal so when they are cheap (39p), contain chocolate and fudge and have the word "light" on them you know your on to a winner, right? Well lets find out as Alpen Light Chocolate and Fudge bar is what I m going to have purchased from B&M stores which was swiftly become the go to place for snack foods. Now before I start actually eating it, I m quite curios as to how someone can produce a "light" version of a bar and yet it still has chocolate and fudge, if it tastes ok someone deserves a giant medal.
