... very simple wheat based breakfast cereal. They are dry, round ended biscuits which need milk to be eaten normally. I tried a dry weetabix once, and it was very difficult to eat, rapidly removing all moisture in my mouth and throat. So probably best if you avoid this situation! Weetabix Alpen Light Summer Fruits ... My first weigh in will be on Monday coming so i have been trying to find loads of low calorie foods and snacks to munch on that wont end up with me getting even heavier hips! I remember eating these bars a few years ago but i decided to get them a few days ago when i spotted them in Asda. The bars i am talking about are Alpen Light Summer Fruit bars. They are made by popular manufacturer Weetabix. One box has 6 bars in it and cost me £1.25 which i thought was an ok price. Each bar has less than 70 calories and only one Weightwatchers point value so is a winner for dieters looking to lose a bit of weight. When i bite into a bar, it tastes really sweet and there ... Weetabix Weetos Chocolate Flavour ... trolley these days .. I always thought Id relish these days as we shop together, mother and daughter, peacefully discussing our next few days meals whilst filling the trolley ... Reality is that I cant restrain her by seating her in the trolley anymore and I spend half of the shop chasing her around, arguing, taking out items that she wants in the trolley and ultimatley .. Weetabix Alpen Strawberry & Yogurt ... and a picture of the cereal bar. The box claims that the bars now contain more fruit than they previously have done - 30% more to be exact. On the back of the box you can find a list of different varieties of the cereal bar that are available, along with a list of all the ingredients and nutritional values. You are also told on the back of the packaging that Alpen bars are made by Weetabix - something I didn t know until looking for this review!
