I have always liked a nice bit of quiche, but my Weight Watchers points does not often extend to treating myself to a piece. When I saw that Weight Watchers themselves have developed a slightly lower fat quiche I decided to buy one to try, especially as it was on offer in Tesco at just £1. I have just eaten some with a salad for my dinner and I must admit it was delicious. It comes in a little foil tray, as do most quiches, and is then put into a card box to keep this quite fragile food safe from bangs and bashes.
