I got this in Cooltrader for 99p and didn't mind buying it for that money because even though I don't like a lot of the Weight Watchers meals I thought it would be ok for a change. It was ok but not that good and I was still starving hungry after eating it! You get a plastic tray that has got rice in half and the beef and black bean sauce in the other half, you can either cook it in the oven or microwave it. I nuked mine because I'm lazy. The rice was cooked quite nice but some of it clumped together while it was cooking, I had sprinkled a bit of water over it before putting it in the microwave and that stopped it drying out like the rice in a lot ... After a fairly big, and ridiculously early, lunch yesterday I found myself feeling hungrier than usual at teatime. Usually on a Sunday I will counteract the heavy roast with a salad but I realised I wanted a hot meal and knew immediately which one I wanted - the Weight Watchers Beef and Black Bean that has been sitting in my freezer for a while now. After cooking for around 40 minutes it was piping hot and both looked and smelled very nice indeed, this meal can also be cooked in the microwave and I believe this method takes less than ten minutes.
