Weight Watchers Beef & Black Bean

I got this in Cooltrader for 99p and didn't mind buying it for that money because even though I don't like a lot of the Weight Watchers meals I thought it would be ok for a change. It was ok but not that good and I was still starving hungry after eating it! You get a plastic tray that has got rice in half and the beef and black bean sauce in the other half, you can either cook it in the oven or microwave it. I nuked mine because I'm lazy. After a fairly big, and ridiculously early, lunch yesterday I found myself feeling hungrier than usual at teatime. Usually on a Sunday I will counteract the heavy roast with a salad but I realised I wanted a hot meal and knew immediately which one I wanted - the Weight Watchers Beef and Black Bean that has been sitting in my freezer for a while now.
