Weight Watchers Black Forest Bars

Description: Manufacturer: Weight Watchers / Type: Chocolate Bar

... rotating in her own interests... Costing £2.25 here is a major downside of a lot of this famous brand's products as they really do know how to charge and it can be very annoying as a dieter to get penalised financially for buying your eating plan's merchandise. Nevertheless, I do regularly buy these snacks as they really are delicious and flavour-packed but I try and make them an occasional goody rather than a day-to-day treat. Containing 36% real milk chocolate plus 26% Crispies, the black cherry jam equals 13% of the ...more

Premium Review Weight Watchers Black Forest Bars: A NECCESSARY 'INDULGENCE' FOR ME! (652 words)

I am your archetypal chocoholic without a doubt - if is says Cadbury's on it and contains their gorgeous milk choccie then I am lost in its lusciously creamy depths! This adoration for my favourite confectionery has sent me scurrying back to Weight Watchers three times now in search of a more slim line and healthier me... The third and final (I hope!) membership with this hugely successful weight loss plan I had 5 distinct advantages however and they are darkly paper wrapped and are called 'Black Forest bars' - a new indulgence from the healthy eating gurus that don't break the points bank. When these sleek black boxes were first ...  Read the complete review

There is a rule in our house not to eat the Weight Watchers stuff - when will my mum ever learn that to tell me that is like waving a red rage to a bull! One of her favourite chocolate dieting snacks are these new 'Black Forest bars' from their snack range that they sell in meetings. These cost £2.25 (she moans that's a lot for a snack!) and are available only at Weight Watchers meetings I think? You get five portions in a cardboard box that looks good enough to eat, lol! The box is black and quite dark with the background against some cherries and a few of the bars photo'd on the front of the pack and looks really good, it ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Weight Watchers Black Forest Bars: "Very dangerous...You go first!" (688 words)

Anyone living in a house with a weight watcher will know that if you should ever touch their stash of Weightwatchers chocolate bars, the gates of hell will open up and Satan himself will come and drag you to the fiery pits personally. So it is with some trepidation and slight smugness that I am sitting here (quietly) munching away at a Weightwatchers Black Forest Bar. What are they? ------------------ These are low calorie chocolate bars sold by Weightwatchers. They are called Black Forest so you will immediately assume there will be a great similarity to black forest gateaux. You would be wrong. I really don't like black forest gateaux ...  Read the complete review

I often fancy chocolate in the evening, but following the Weight Watchers plan means I am forever counting 'points' and fitting a chocolate bar into my daily allowance can be a struggle. For this reason I always buy myself a box of Weight Watchers treats from my meeting, this week I have been munching these delicious Black Forest Bars although I do have a couple of reservations about them. What are they? Well, as the name would suggest these are chocolate bars which contain the chocolate and cherry flavours you'd ordinarily find in a black forest gateaux. They really are very, very tasty. The bar contains lots of little crunchy chocolate flavoured ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Weight Watchers Black Forest Bars: lovely treat for all those weight watcher chocolate lovers (287 words)

It took me a while to purchase the Weight Watchers Black Forest Bars because they are £2.25 for a box of five from the weight watchers meetings. At first I thought this was too much to pay for just a bunch of chocolate bars so it took me a while to actually buy some and I only brought because I kept hearing people saying how nice they were. I eventually bit the bullet and bought some at my weekly meeting, I thought to myself I may as well buy a box of them if I dont like them then I don't have to buy them again. I got home and opened the box, which I must say looks very attractive with a picture of one of these chocolate bars on it. Inside the box I ...  Read the complete review
