Weight Watchers Cauliflower Cheese

I absolutely love cauliflower cheese, so when I saw that our local Tesco had started to stock this item, I couldn't wait to try it. First, a quick word on WeightWatchers meals - I think they're great. They clearly aren't as nice as 'full-fat' ranges, and you would be wrong to expect this. However, they aren't too bad at all! The serving sizes really are quite large, they are pricier than supermarket own brand 'diet' meals, but not by much, and in my experience they tend to have a long refrigerator life.
