Advantages: a low fat alternative
Disadvantages: too dry, artificial aftertaste
Being somewhat on the cuddly side and hoping not to pass this on to my daughters, I treated the family to some WeightWatchers brownies as opposed to the ordinary full fat (and full flavour) ones.
VALUE FOR MONEY
At nearly £2 for a pack of four I thought they would be of reasonable value if they tasted good.
QUALITY
However, I found the cake to be very dry and lacking in flavour. The topping was only slightly more moist and left an unpleasant artificial aftertaste. One coffee and a few glasses of water later, the sensation of something soggy stuck in throat had gone, along with the aftertaste. Two of my daughters complained of the same thing.
WHERE TO BUY
I bought mine in Sainsbury's but I haven't seen them since.
POINTS VALUE
I think these were 2 points each. Personally, I'd rather spend an extra half and have a WeightWatchers chocolate muffin instead....now they ARE gorgeous!!!

- 24/04/08 Hi, you appear to have written about the wrong product here, this is for the pack of 2 frozen desserts not the pack of 4 chocolate brownie cakes. I have asked for the review to be moved to the correct category for you. |
