Advantages: Great for people with a sweet tooth on a diet

Even when I was not on a diet I still ate these as they are very tasty.

These come in packs of two individually wrapped pots. The pots are decent sizes, just enough to give you the satisfaction that you have had a treat. The pots are clear and there is a clear lip which is just peeled off.

It is a chocolate brownie with belgian chocolate and vanilla mousse with chocolate sauce and dark and white chocolate swirls on the top.

They consist of 163 calories, 3.8% fat which equals to a points total of 3.

You keep these frozen and when your ready to eat you just remove them, leave them for about 10 minutes and then they are ready to eat.

These are a very tasty treat if you have a sweet tooth. There is no need to fail at your diet because your wanting some chocolate. Just have one of these.

Prices of these vary from shop to shop but they are approx £1.50 for two. Some shops have offers on where you can buy one get one free etc.
