This product, however, is a healthier alternative to other whip desserts. 100g of the whip contains 64 calories and 1.8g of fat which isn't too bad especially if you just stick to the recommended serving of half a packet. Since starting university, for some reason (possibly the late night drinking sessions or even the sunday morning fry ups!) I seem to have put on a bit more weight than I'd have liked so, two weeks ago I decided that enough was enough and started looking for low fat alternatives. Ever since I was little, Angel Delight has always been one of my favourite desserts and I could easily finish a bowl to myself. Unfortunately though, one huge bowl of Angel Delight does not equal weight loss so when I saw this low fat version of a Whip dessert I thought that all my prayers had been answered. Myself and my husband are always trying to cut down on calories, but unfortunately the sweets and treat keep calling us, especially when you have been hard at work all day, you really feel like a litte pick me up! After a shopping trip to Asda, I noticed this dessert nestled in among the other instant whips and jelly desserts.
