We're only human. We can't help indulging in our cravings once in a while! Fortunately for me, what I have craved for the past few weeks is none other than simple yoghurt! I didn't have any particular flavour in mind when I first started to crave this, so I ventured to the local Asda and browsed what they had on offer! My eye was caught by the attractive, refreshing cardboard packaging of the Weight Watchers selection, more in particular the six pack of citrus flavoured yoghurts that were calling out at me. They looked so mouth-watering and divine, I just had to buy them! Not only is yoghurt healthy, but Weight Watchers is even better, with each pot ... Read the complete review

When doing my food shop, I am terrible for buying things just to stock up and never really eat them which results in them just being thrown away which is a waste really, however I am never really at home much so sometimes that can't be helped. I also like to try new things and often pick things up when they are on special offer just to try them first, instead of paying full price and either not eating them or not liking them. When walking through my local Tesco, I came across Weight Watchers Citrus Fruit Yogurts on a buy one get one free offer. I am normally very loyal to the Muller brand however it was the Citrus Fruits flavours that initially caught my eye, ... Read the complete review

Asda sell these at £1.97 for a pack of 6 so they are quite expensive I comparison to the own brand low fat equivalents but are worth every penny due to the taste and content. Recently Tesco and Asda have been selling these for £1 for a pack or 2 packs for £3 so I would recommend stocking up on these! If you have a craving for a low fat low calorie sweet snack then try these to satisfy your craving. The pot is a pretty basic with the Weight Watchers logo on and a standard rectangular pot. Firstly the packaging/ lids are not the strongest so don't put them straight into a handbag or a packed lunch box where there is risk of the pot being spilt. ... Read the complete review

As someone who is always dieting, I do try to buy things that are tasty and low fat, the fact that when I spotted these they were on offer as well sold them to me! The product I will now review is - "Weight watchers citrus fruit yoghurts" The initial things that attracted me as the fact these are all citrus flavoured and the fact they are all fat free. There are four yoghurts, all different flavours and joined together in the usual snap pot way. Around the yoghurts is an information sleeve, this states the flavours, points value of each pot and nutritional information. I will give a brief overview of each ... Read the complete review

Now summer is over and I have allowed myself to indulge rather too freely over the last couple of months the time as come to start counting my weight watcher points. As a result I have invested in some citrus fruit weight watcher youghurts. The pack I bought had 4 yoghurts in, haven't seen the promotional 6 pack, but were on a 2 for £2.50 offer, which I still think is quite expensive compared to the shops own low fat, low cal, healthy option one. Why did I buy them then? because there's only half a point in them compared to 1 or one and half in similar yoghurts, and yes every point counts! My favourite and the one I always eat first is the pink grapefruit. Its ... Read the complete review
