The sauce itself is in a tall narrow jar exactly like the picture and contains 350g so half a jar is a serving for one person and would equal 2 points which really isn't all that bad for quite a creamy sauce. Both my partner and I enjoy cooking a meal from scratch in the kitchen and that includes cooking sauces but one we just can never get right is a Korma, granted if we followed a full fat recipe we would get it near on just right but following a healthy eating plan we always found it was lacking something so when I saw that Weightwatchers had brought out come cooking sauces I thought I would give them a try as a quick fix meal.
