I don't normally buy any of the weight watchers branded cakes, but I am not one to pass up a freebie, so when I was offered a box of these, of course I accepted. Carrot cake isn't my first choice of cake, but I do like it on occasion. It makes me feel as though I'm being vaguely healthy by incorporating vegetables into my cake addiction. Weight Watchers mini carrot cakes come in a box of six. They are packaged fairly well but I did notice they had subjected a bumpy ride on the way home as the cakes had managed to upturn themselves within the box.
