Weight Watchers Mini Carrot Cakes
Newest Review: ... running through this cake, and I was happily surprised to find this due to being a Weight Watchers product. A long time ago ... more  ... when I was on a diet, I found the foods to be bland, so it was nice to see products have improved.
The cake itself is nice and moist, with flavours of spice, as well as savoury running through. I found that the sweetness of the butter cream worked well with the savoury of the cake and both textures mixed well together to make a nice eating sensation. I found the cinnamon on top of the cream to be slightly over powering in places, but once in my mouth it did tone down against the other flavours.

I don't normally buy any of the weight watchers branded cakes, but I am not one to pass up a freebie, so when I was offered a box of these, of course I accepted. Carrot cake isn't my first choice of cake, but I do like it on occasion. It makes me feel as though I'm being vaguely healthy by incorporating vegetables into my cake addiction. Weight Watchers mini carrot cakes come in a box of six. They are packaged fairly well but I did notice they had subjected a bumpy ride on the way home as the cakes had managed to upturn themselves within the box.
