Oh my god this is gorgeous. When you are on a diet or healthy eating plan you tend to miss those comfort food meals that are high in fat and WW points if you are following the plan. I must admit I was a bit sceptical about this but I thought it was worth a try. I love sausage and mash and I have to say the taste, texture, smell and portion size were all fantastic. Yesterday evening I was feeling quite peckish but as I was cooking a stew I knew my dinner was going to be some time away, after a quick look in the freezer I decided to cook up one of the Weight Watchers ready meals to fill the hole and help me avoid reaching for the biscuit tin.
