Some of you will know that I have a certain addiction to yoghurts, and love to try new and exciting flavours! As I eat them quite often, I tend to try and stick to the healthy options, so it is a great thrill to me to see that Weight Watchers provide such a wide variety of dairy desserts! After loving other flavours in the selection, I decided it was time to give the Summer Fruits flavours a try! Momentarily on offer at Asda for just £1, each pack contains six 120g pots of dairy yoghurt, each one white with their own special label displaying fruity images. When you remove the flimsy cardboard cover, you will find that there are two strawberry pots, two peach, ... Read the complete review

Everybody thinks Weight Watchers foods are just for people who diet but they can do some really tasty stuff like their yogurts range for example... The one I am reviewing today is 'Summer Fruit Yogurts' which are described as thick and fruity and come in four different flavours - strawberry, raspberry, black cherry and peach. These come with an outer cardboard wrapper and four square pots with one flavour in each. Each pot weighs 120g and the contents are made with sugar and sweeteners. The calories are brilliant at 58 calories per pot or less depending on the flavour, and cost £1.38 on BOGOF at Morrisons ... Read the complete review

I bought these when I was looking for some good value yoghurts to have as a tasty treat each day. These were on offer at Somerfield, 2 packs for £2.50, which seemed to be the best deal there. You get 4 yoghurts in the pack; Black Cherry, Peach, Raspberry, and Strawberry. There is a cardboard sleeve around the pots which has all the nutritional information on it. Take this off and you can see that the pots are stuck together, like with most of these types of yoghurt pot, you simply snap them apart. The pots are 120g each, which I do think is a nice amount for a yoghurt. It's not a huge helping, but just enough for a nice little snack or a quick ... Read the complete review

I'm a huge fan of yoghurt and have taken recently to eating it every day for breakfast on top of cereal and fruit instead of milk. I normally prefer Mullerlights but I cannot justify the cost of them at the moment, so I've been on the lookout for a low fat tasty alternative that will fill the hole but not lighten my wallet too much. This is where Weight Watchers come in, I was browsing in my local Asda at the weekend during the usual weekly groceries shop wondering which brand of yoghurt to try now that Mullerlights cost almost the same as a small house. I need to keep a tight reign on the purse strings as we have a reduced income at ... Read the complete review

These yoghurts are currently being offered in my local Tesco for 74pence and for that price I thought I would give them a try. The yoghurts come in four flavours strawberry, raspberry, black cherry and peach. Each yoghurt pot contains 120g of yoghurt which amounts to 59 calories and o.1g of saturated fat. For those who follow the weight watchers programme one yoghurt pot equals one point. The yoghurts themselves are found in the chilled dairy section and therefore should be kept in the fridge. Ideally they should be served chilled. However I have used them with my packed lunch where they are packed in the morning and not eaten until lunch time. This 3-4 hours ... Read the complete review
