Both my partner and I enjoy cooking a meal from scratch in the kitchen and that includes cooking sauces sometimes though you just need a standby in the cupboard for a quick meal. I spotted the Weightwatchers range of sauces in Asda in the aisle with all the other cooking sauces and for £1.28 per jar now bear in mind that this only serves 2 people, ok if there are just 2 of you trying to lose weight but for the family you would probably need two jars.
