I've recently been trying to shed a few pounds and so far I've been rather successful. There was a point during this lifestyle change at which I would prefer to cook fresh meals every evening, but the truth of the matter is that I have other commitments that mean sometimes you do just need a convenience food, but one that you can rely on for tasting good and not making you put on weight! Weight Watchers is an international company that offers various dieting products and services to assist weight loss and maintenance. While I haven't personal followed the exact weight watchers diet plan I do use there products when I am trying to lose weight. As a lifelong yo-yo dieter I struggle with my weight. I find weight watcher produces can help me stick to a calorie controlled diet. I was delighted when I found out weight watchers made pizza, whats more that they did veggie toppings. Being on a diet means you can't eat pizza right? Well.... Weightwatchers have got a range of pizzas and as a Friday night treat (at least I hoped it would be) I thought I'd give one a go. The pizza is available with the other chilled pizzas in Asda, according to the weightwatchers website they may also be available in Sainsburys and Morrisons, for around £2.50 and is very clearly branded. It can be cooked from chilled but is also suitable for freezing and can becooked from frozen.
