Advantages: delicious, creamy, healthy, full of flavour, cheap

Disadvantages: Aspartame

Normally I choose fruity yoghurts over the sweet ones, but having sampled all the other Weight Watchers pots available, I decided it was time to give the Toffee & Vanilla pots a try.

In the six-pack, you get six pots of 120g yoghurt - 3 x toffee and 3 x vanilla. Both looked incredibly delicious, each pot displaying either images of sweet toffee chunks or little vanilla pieces. They both looked so tempting, and it was a struggle to decide which to try first. In the end, I opted for the toffee.

I'd only really tried one other toffee-flavoured yoghurt before, so I didn't have much to compare it to. However, I had hoped to find real toffee chunks in this one, unlike the other. As I peeled back the lid with ease, I noticed the yoghurt was smooth all the way through. A little disappointed, I decided not to mind too much; the sweet smell alone from the pot was appetising enough for me. Spooning up some of the creamy dessert and shovelling it into my mouth, I was most impressed. The thick yoghurt had a special tangy toffee hit to it; not too sickly sweet. It was just right, and was quite filling too. Although I don't feel it was as delicious as the other toffee-yoghurt I had tried, there was no denying that it was full of great flavour. This fat-free yoghurt also has just 49 calories per pot, and just ½ a Weight Watchers point!

Impressed with the toffee, I held high expectations for the vanilla yoghurt. This was a flavour I was much more familiar with, and have enjoyed many different vanilla pots in the past, so I was a little more fussy with how this one was to turn out. I thought I'd be a little adventurous and try to squeeze in some fruit here too, so I sliced up a banana and poured this yoghurt into the bowl too. The aroma that drifted out as the thick and creamy yoghurt slopped onto the fruit was incredibly sweet. It covered the banana nicely, a pale colour blending in an attractive manner with the yellow banana. I tasted some of the creamy yoghurt on its own first, and found it to be most tasteful, with its strong flavour which reminded me of custard. Thankfully, I enjoy this sweet taste. Sampling it with the banana, the great taste continued, this time with the added hint of fruity banana flavour. The yoghurt also gave the banana an interestingly chewy texture. A thorough enjoyment and a fantastic dessert, with just 50 calories per fat-free pot, and a ½ a Weight Watchers point still. What more could you wish for?!

Both flavours provided were scrumptious, a nice change from my fruity pots. They're incredibly healthy and full of flavour in their amazing textures. They're practical too; a good size for school lunches, to pour over fruits or to add to your bowl of weetabix. Taking them out of the fridge, they're just cool enough to provide a relaxing snack on the warm summers' day, and are not too sickly sweet for those who aren't a fan of sweet yoghurts.

You do not need to be on a diet to enjoy these either, though they will help you watch your figure if you are! Whether you are looking for a healthy alternative or just fancy trying something new, then I recommend you give these a go! They're not overly expensive, at just £1.88 (from Asda) for the pack, which works out to be less than 32p a yoghurt - a fantastic deal if you ask me! Also, if you tend to eat yoghurts just now and then, never fear; they last for around two to three weeks after purchasing, so they'll keep!

I must warn, these do contain Aspartame, so for those who do not like to consume it at all, stay clear!

I'll one day find Weight Watchers yoghurt that will let me down! Until then, I'll keep enjoying!
