Advantages: Good taste, low fat

Disadvantages: A bit pricey

Dieting can be boring, you've got to admit but Weightwatchers Toffee and Vanilla yogurts feel like a bit of an indulgent treat. A pack of four comprises of two toffee and two vanilla pots and they really are full of flavour, creamy and quite thick - not at all tasting like a 'diet' product. Both flavours compare favourable in taste with any other toffee or vanilla yogurts, but then they are made by Yoplait for Weightwatchers, so a quality brand all round. The vanilla is particularly good poured over fresh strawberries for a low fat healthy treat! If you're using the point system to lose weight they come in at amazingly at just ½ point per pot (either flavour) which I have to admit is what attracted me to them in the first place. If you're not doing point counting then they are 50 calories each and fat free. The other consideration for me is price and in a pack comprising of 4 x 120g pots I think they are quite expensive at around £1.49 per pack from Tesco, but you can often find special offers in supermarkets to bring them down to a more economical price.

Summary: Great if you can find them on a supermarket offer
