Advantages: fat free

Disadvantages: taste horrible

Along with the dessert flavoured yogurts that I reviewed yesterday, I picked up a pack of these. They cost me £2.50 for two packs which I thought was pretty reasonable until I actually tasted them!

The yogurts are part of the Weight Watchers diet and each pot is just ½ a point if you are following the plan. For those of you who aren't then they are fat free and contain 50 calories per pot. They also contain aspartame and added sugar.

In this particular pack you get two toffee and two vanilla flavoured pots all at 120g each. . I usually go for the Muller Light yogurts which tend to feel like a real treat regardless of the flavour. I love both of these flavours but wasn't so convinced that they'd be very nice after trying the dessert flavoured yogurts the other day.

The yogurts themselves are much thicker than the other pack I experienced which was a good sign; when I scooped out some of the mixture it left a dent in the side without the rest of the yogurt falling into the empty gap. They are both smooth in texture so you don't have to worry if you aren't a fan of bits because these don't have any at all.

The most important factor is of course the taste and this is where these yogurts fell short for me. The vanilla had no taste at all and it had that sour edge to it that most natural yogurts have. I am not a fan of natural yogurt so I definitely didn't ike this one at all. Unlike the Muller vanilla yogurt which is a little thin but very creamy and the vanilla flavour stands out a mile, this one was just out right bland.

The toffee was a little better and although I could taste a strong flavour, it wasn't a distinguished toffee taste. I felt that it was very sweet and too artificial, even more so than the Muller toffee yogurt which is highly artificial and not one of my favourites.

I wouldn't recommend these yogurts and I certainly won't be buying them again. I will definitely be stickig to 'Ye old favourites' and buy Muller lights from now on. That'll teach me to fancy a change!

Summary: Not for me thank you!
