One day last week I was walking through Asda when I noticed their extensive range of whole foods. In some ways this delights me because it is making them cheaper and more accessible to people.They can use their giant bulk buying powers to secure large orders at cheap prices. However in another way it has contributed to the demise of many of our local health food retailers who were independent. Very handy, and 'were' very cheap. Has quite a chalky and crunchy taste. The dyes also run into the cream.
