I am absolutely in love with chicken and mushroom Pot Noodles so when I saw NEW chicken and mushroom 'Wot? Not in a Pot Noodle' in the shops, I just had to try it. There are 3 other flavours to choose from (but which I have not tried) - beef and tomato, southern fried chicken and sweet and sour. PACKAGING The chicken and mushroom 'Not in a Pot Noodle' is packed in a green, foil packet. It has the same size and shape as Super Noodles. Each packet is 63g. I regularly buy packets of 'Bachelor's super noodles' as I find they make a quick and easy snack from time to time, plus my other half loves them and eats them quite often. A friend had recently recommended the "Wot? Not in a Pot Noodles" to me, after trying them herself and loving them. So much so that she actually gave me a package of the noodles when I visited her recently, insisting that I tried them. That time came last night, as my partner and I took a bit of a notion for noodles and remembering that these ones were in the cupboard, I suggested that we try them instead of our usual brand. I have eaten quite a bit of instant noodles in my life time. Unfortunately, this pack of noodles is only average. I love my noodles springy. Bouncy even so that gives a really good texture to chew on. The noodles were quite limp after I cooked it. I took it out of the hot water to drain it off, and then run it under cold water to ensure that it would go springy. (Most noodles do have that springiness after I do that. This one did not). Unwilling to write it off, I decided to give it another go, this time, eating it with the packet of flavoring.
