If you enjoy making bread then this product really is a life saver, it is a great standby and cupboard staple whether you normally use a breadmaker, food mixer or bake bread entirely by hand. I have recently started using a breadmaker to make my bread but hadn't always been pleased with the results, the loaves were sometimes a little dense and tried and tested recipes didn't always transfer very well. It was for this reason I decided to try a pre-mixed product and I haven't been disappointed. A while back I decided to start making my own bread to save a few pennies and bought various different bread mixes to try including two by company 'Wright's.' I made their sun-dried tomato and parmesan bread a while back and loved it, so I was keen to try the other one I bought, which was the cheese and onion bread mix. I got a bit bored of the whole bread making thing, so it took me a while to get round to making this, but I'm so glad I did, because these turned out to be some of the best bread buns I've made yet. This bread is simply delicious! I can't rate it highly enough. The packaging is attractive, quite rustic, so that's what attracted me to it initially. it looks good quality and you feel like you will end up with a really nice, rustic loaf. it costs around £1.49 so it's not a cheap way of making bread really. I made the loaf in my bread making machine. I have made this twice, using 2 different setting, and you get quite different results. You simply add water and switch on and depending what programme you use are ready to eat in either 1hr 10 mins or 3 hrs.
