Newest Review: ... mix, so the process on the whole was slightly more protracted than the other Wright's mixes I have tried. Taste: In the ... more  ... bread maker the loaf seemed to be a little too sweet but this issue was not present when making by hand or using a mixer so this may well be an issue with my machine.
The texture was very soft but the grains did not go soggy, it was possible to tweak the instructions to get more rustic finish to the rolls if required but the standard texture was perfect for a sliced loaf.

If you enjoy making bread then this product really is worth a try, a great quick fix that can get you fresh bread within the hour. I had used the Wright's Cheese and Onion bread mix and was very impressed with the results and decided that now was the time to try a wholegrain loaf, something that I normally shy away from, especialy when using a breadmaker (adding the seeds can jus be a little bit too much hassle, even with a machine that automatically tips them in!)
