I received a bread maker as a birthday pressie last year; I also received a selection of bread flours. One was Wrights premium bread mix. Wrights make a selection of bread mixes cheese and onion bread, tomato bread and many others. But the Premium bread mix is just for a basic white bread I made this loaf up and often have a packet of this bread ready for emergencies, This Wrights premium bread mix is in a 500g bag. You can also buy larger 1500g bags. I have not noticed the larger bags anywhere though. I have recently bought myself a Bread making machine, and must say that it is probably one of the best investments I have made in a long time. You see I have two sons and they love their toast. I was forever buying sliced loaves, but despite my constant toast making, there was always plenty of mouldy bread to throw out for the birds. Sliced bread just never seems to stay fresh very long. And the bread from the local bakers, besides being mega expensive, tastes like cardboard with air bubbles! So my only choice was the bread machine.
