I have recently given up smoking for the second time the first time I gave up was the day I got my big fat pregnant on a wee stick, I lasted a whole 11 months and then one day got bored and succumbed to the evil weed once more so now here I am climbing back on the wagon to smugness! I like to try and keep my teeth as healthy and clean as possible to prevent any unnecessary dentist trips. I always like to have my trusty chewing to hand, being quite a lover of spicy food and garlic I do find it can come in very handy at times.
