As a filthy smoker and something of a regular drinker you can imagine that my breath at some times of the day is not as fresh smelling as it could be and to be completely honest, at times it downright stinks. With only limited breaks to go outside and smoke normally I use Wrigley’s Extra chewing gum to freshen up my breath and keep my mind occupied. Chewing gum helps me take my mind off cravings and is also good exercise for the muscles in the jaw so when given a reason to try another brand whilst staying loyal to Wrigley’s I couldn’t resist the temptation to give Wrigley’s Extra Ice a try, after all I needed chewing gum and the fact that a pack was the same ... I used to be a smoker during my school days when it was cool to smoke and you did it because all your friends did it and whenever P.E came around it was always a good excuse to disappear off behind the bike sheds with your mates. Since leaving school I decided that in order to try and save some money and more importantly protect my health that I should give it up. Now after smoking for well over 5 years it wasn’t going to be an easy task and after trying Nicorette gum, which I can only describe as vile, a friend of mine told me to try some 'normal' chewing gum instead to help combat the cravings and remove all traces of the taste of nicotine. So I opted for ... Read the complete review

Wrigleys Extra are a popular brand of chewing gum, and here they have brought out a range of mints. As one of the few products to go down in price over the years, these are only 28p a pack in Sainsburys right now. I think this is because they're supposed to be an alternative to chewing-gum, rather than a competitor to sweets and hard mints, so they're keeping them in the price range of the chewing gums. The mints are rectangular, and very very smooth and shiny. They are quite thin, and when you put them in your mouth they slide around like a surf-board on the waves, chinking against your teeth. The taste hits you immediately: mind-blowingly fresh ... Read the complete review

I was in Sainsburys yesterday and needed some chewing gum so I went to the rack and picked up my usual. I went to walk away and noticed these mints so decided to have a packet of these too. I haven't had them for a very long time and was really pleased to see them. The packet cost me just 28p which I think is very reasonable. They are made by the same people that make the best chewing gum in the world and tat is Wrigleys! The mints are sugar free which is great because it's no good chomping on something tha is going to rot your teeth although I don't say that when I'm tucking into a big bar of chocolate! I would say there is around fifteen to twenty mints in a ... Read the complete review
