Not to be confused with cheese from Glastonbury's Brue Valley Farms, Brue Chapel is a Wyke Farms product, a fellow Somerset dairy - this is a cheese that seems to make it internationally and tends to be the one which satisfies my desire for Cheddar Cheese here in Poland. It's a brand that I've begun to trust and whilst the Brue Chapel Vintage wasn't as attractive in packaging as some of their other products, I'd had all the others and thought that I might as well give it a go.
