Wyke Farms Just Delicious Cheddar

I have only recently started buying wyke farms cheddar, after I noticed one of their varieties on offer at the supermarket. Since then I have tried most of their products, and have not been disappointed, but Just Delicious cheddar is my favourite. This cheese isn't too strong, yet has enough flavour to let you know you are actually eating something. In short, it provides the perfect balance between mature and mild. It goes very well in sandwiches, as well as grated on to pasta or pizzas, and would, in my opinion, make an excellent choice of cheddar on a cheese board, as it is the type of cheese no one would find unpleasant. Wyke Farms Just Delicious Cheddar is right up my street, I'm not a fan of when companies label their products with stupid names like "Just Delicious" or "Quite Tasty When You are Doing Yoga in Prison", I prefer just mature, mild, strong etc. Fortunately all can be forgiven when it comes to this slab of delicious Cheddar cheese. Just Delicious is one of the most mature, strong and rich cheddars in Wyke Farms range.
