You can either cook this on the hob or in the microwave, I havn't cooked it in the microwave so can't comment on any differences in taste but it heats up and cooks within minutes on the hob with the occasional stir to ensure even cooking.

I'm a crap cook - lazy as well as useless so anything I find that can make my cooking life easier and convenient usually ends up straight in my trolley lol! I was in Iceland the other day and came across Ye Olde Oak Sweet and Sour Chicken so I picked up a tin and bought some frozen rice and set off home to try it out for tea. Ye Olde Oak Sweet and Sour Chicken comes in your standard tin with a ring pull top - added convience my god this was good lol! The tin is dominantly black with a yellow banner across the top where it tells us this is Sweet and Sour Chicken in bold black writing, very eyecatching.
